You are warmly encouraged to print out as many copies of these activities as you like for personal use, family project days, or inside a school classroom! You may not copy, sell, redistribute, or use Emma's illustrations, templates, or branding for any commercial purposes without our express written permission.

The arbitration shall be administered by a recognized arbitration provider in accordance with its applicable rules, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis, and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a trial by jury and to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Except where preempted by federal law, the parties expressly agree that the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction is excluded. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply.
